Your ‘Light and Healthy’ team will consist of the following Practitioners:

Your ‘Light and Healthy’ Doctor will supervise your entry into the program and progress through the program. By conducting an initial medical assessment and reviewing this assessment towards the end of the program, we can monitor the health gains you are making.
Your ‘Light and Healthy’ Dietician will conduct an initial dietary assessment and provide individual consultations for you throughout the program.
These sessions include meal planning for the week ahead; preparing shopping lists and suitable recipes; nutrition education on the best products in the supermarket and eating out; time management and making changes to eating behaviours.
The program also includes a supermarket tour and cooking demonstration.
Our aim is to provide you with a complete package of information to ensure you, and your family, are making sustainable healthy choices and lifestyle changes.
Your ‘Light and Healthy’ Psychologist will present a 2 hour workshop and provide a 1 hour individual appointment during the program to assist you with strategies to support you in adopting healthy habits and to better understand the emotional components to weight loss and weight gain.

Your Exercise Consultants are registered Physiotherapists and are here to keep you on the move. Following an initial individual assessment, our consultants will structure a tailormade program that works specifically for you. In addition, to supporting you during the 12 weeks of the program, additional group exercise sessions will be provided on a weekly basis.
